Abstract：
The invention provides a high-speed current mode logic drive comprising a bias current source and differential input pair transistors, wherein differential input signals are vin1 and vin2, differential output signals are vout1 and vout2, LFCF circuits connected in parallel are arranged between the input vin1 and the output vout2, and LFCF circuits connected in parallel are arranged between the input vin2 and the output vout1. The LC networks connected in parallel are added between the crossed inputs and outputs of the differential drive provided by the invention, the LC networks connected in parallel generate resonance, thereby improving the bandwidth of the driver, the drive can output high-speed data, and the working speed of the drive is effectively improved.
