Abstract:

The invention relates to a sampling and quantifying circuit used for a compression and sampling analog-to-digital converter and belongs to the field of mixing signal integrated circuit design. The invention provides a circuit realization structure for multi-way parallel sampling, domain integration simulation and quantification of a single quantizer. All results of simulation sampling and integration are successively input in the same quantizer, so mismatch problems in a multi-way quantification process is effectively reduced and complexity in realization of a compression and sampling analog-to-digital converter system is reduced. The sampling and quantifying circuit is designed based on modules, so independence and universality of all module designs are improved. Thus, for an analog-to-digital converter based on the above sampling and quantifying circuit, a compression sensing theory is applied and during processing of compressible signals with a sparse characteristic, working efficiency of a quantizer can be lower than the nyquist frequency. Thus, redundancy of information is reduced and working efficiency of key circuits of a system is reduced, thereby facilitating overcoming of technical bottlenecks of a high-performance analog-to-digital converter in high speed application.
