Abstract:
A reconfigurable analog digital conversion device based on avoltage-controlled oscillator includes a first reconfigurable quantizer based on the voltage-controlled oscillator, a second reconfigurable quantizer based on the voltage-controlled oscillator, an analog digital converter, a passive analog subtractor and a digital adder, wherein first reconfigurable quantizer based on the voltage-controlled oscillator produces digital output having dynamic element matching characteristics; analog output and analog input of the digital analog converter enter the passive analog substractor at the same time; output conversion errors of the passive analog substractor enter the second reconfigurable quantizer based on the voltage-controlled oscillator; digital ouput of the first reconfigurable quantizer based on the voltage-controlled oscillator and the second reconfigurable quantizer based on the voltage-controlled oscillator enter the digital adder and are added together and thus the digital output of the analog digital converter is obtained. The reconfigurable analog digital conversion device can configure analog digital conversion speed and precision based on systematic requirements.
