Abstract:
The present invention relates to a very low power bandgap reference, belonging to analog integrated circuit design. The reference source including start-up circuit, the bias current generating circuit, a reference voltage output circuit and a buffer; starting circuit and the bias current generating circuit is connected to the bias current generating circuit is connected to the reference voltage output circuit, a reference voltage output circuit connected to the buffer device, while the reference voltage output circuit also with the start-up circuit and bias current generating circuit is connected to form a feedback circuit; wherein the starting circuit is used to guarantee the circuit during start-up time can be from the non-ideal operating point and enter the normal operating point, and to ensure that the power a disturbance voltage circuit can not deviate from the normal operating point, the bias current generating circuit for generating a current to the reference voltage output circuit of the transistor operating in the set state, the reference voltage output circuit for outputting the reference voltage. The present invention can be achieved at very low power consumption lower temperature, and low sensitivity of the process.
