超高频无源射频标签由于工作距离远、天线尺寸小等优点成为了研究热点。标签芯片射频接口的性能决定了射频标签的性能指标。本文对射频标签能量供应原理进行了详细的理论分析,设计了一个超高频远距离无源射频标签芯片的射频接口电路,包括电源恢复电路,稳压电路以及解调整形电路。解决了超高频无源射频标签远距离能量供应和信号获取的问题。射频接口电路采用 UMC 0.18µm 混合信号工艺流片验证。测试结果表明射频接口电路的性能满足了超高频远距离无源射频标签芯片的要求。
The Ultra High Frequency (UHF) passive Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag is becoming a research hotspot because of its obvious advantages as large working range, small antanna size and so on. The performance of the RF interface directly decides that of the RFID tag. In this paper, the principle of RFID tag power supply is expounded and a RF interface for UHF long distance passive RFID tag is designed, including power generation circuit, regulator and demodulator. This design solved the problems of remote power supply and information receiving of UHF passive RFID tag. The RF interface circuits are taped out in UMC with 0.18µm mixed signal process. The performance of the RF interface is proved by measurement to satisfy the requirements of the UHF long distance passive RFID tag.
