This research subject came from National High-Tech Research and Development Programs (863) ----“Project of Research and Industrialization of Ultra High Frequency Reader IC”. We developed the UHF RFID reader IC which RF circuits, baseband analog circuits, digital signal processing modules and protocol processor were integrated into according to ISO 18000-6 Type B/C. This chip can improve the integration and performance and reduce the product cost.
