摘要/Abstract:
An ultra-low power low noise front end amplifier (FEA) is presented for electrocardiography monitoring. The noise performance is optimized by adopting the adjusted capacitive feedback chopper-stabilized technique. To further increase the input impedance and reject DC electrode offset (DEO), the impedance boosting loop and DC servo loop are employed, respectively. Implemented in 65 nm CMOS process, the proposed FEA consumes 113 nA from 1 V supply, to achieve 2.6 渭V input referred noise, 100 mV DEO rejection and 945 M惟 input impedance. Furthermore, the AFE realizes a low noise efficiency factor of 3.4.
