摘要/Abstract:
提出了在人工膝关节置换手术中测量膝关节假体与垫片之间压力的系统,帮助医生定量地了解软组织各部分张力的情况,保证膝关节内外侧软组织张力的平衡。采用触力传感器采集压力信息,用微处理器对系统进行控制和数据处理,通过无线方式进行数据传输,在显示终端以图形化的方式直观实时地显示压力分布。从理论上分析了系统的误差,并给出了测试方案和测试结果,并对结果进行处理以提高系统的精度。结果表明:该系统高效、可靠、精度高,验证了设计方案的可行性。
A system to gauge the strain between the prosthesis and the spacer in the medical operation of Total Knee Replacement (TKR) is proposed, with which the doctors can know the strain distribution in the knee and can make sure whether the strain is in balance. The load cells are used to gauge the strain, the micro CPU is used to control the system and process the figures, the wireless is used as the transmission way and the results are displayed visually and in real-time. The errors are analyzed theoretically, the test scheme and test results are given too and results are processed to improve the precision. The result shows the system has the features of efficiency, reliability, high precision, which verify the feasibility of the design.
