摘要/Abstract:
提出了一种应用于双向数字式无线内窥镜胶囊(Wireless Endoscope Capsule)中的低功耗数字基带信道控制器VLSI结构.该信道控制器针对系统的双向不对称数据传输设计,实现包括发送数据成帧、接收时钟恢复及同步提取、反馈重传机制、信道码率调整、验证码识别和自检数据包发送等功能.该设计通过FPGA验证,已采用0.18 μm CMOS工艺流片,并完成测试.该基带信道控制器的工作频率为40 MHz,信道速率最高可调至2 Mbps,工作状态功耗为523 μW.
A low-power digital baseband channel controller for bi-directional digital wireless endoscope capsule is presented and its implementation is described.The architecture and functions of the controller are designed for the
asymmetric data-transmission system and the design was verified by both FPGA and(0.18um CMOS)ASIC Test results show that the controller has an operating frequency of 40 MHz and a data rate of 2 Mbps and it consumes 523uW of power when working.
