李永明

个人简介

       李永明,清华大学微电子学研究所退休教师。1970年以来承担过清华大学微电子所本科生、研究生模拟集成电路课程教学,从事模拟及数/模集成电路研究,研究课题资助来自国家重点或专项及国家基金。与同事一起获得过多项国家级和省部级科学技术奖;与学生一起在期刊和国际会议发表70余篇论文,有美国或中国授权专利10多项;近些年主要研究900MHz 5GHz范围的射频集成电路。
