张旭

个人简介

       张旭,博士,清华大学微电子学研究所在站博士后,中国科学院半导体研究所助理研究员,辽宁沈阳人。2005年9月毕业于华南理工大学物理科学与技术学院微电子学系电子科学与技术(微电子技术)专业,获工学学士学位;同年进入中国科学院半导体研究所微电子学与固体电子学方向硕博连读,并于2010年1月获工学博士学位。主持国家自然科学基金项目一项,并曾参与多项国家自然科学基金、国家高技术发展计划(863)、国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)项目的研究工作。
       目前主要研究方向为生物医学传感器系统的设计,以及模拟集成电路与数模混合集成电路设计。
