摘要/Abstract：
A 10b 50 MS/s successive approximation register (SAR) ADC based on TSMC 0.18 um is implemented. A redundant capacitor DAC is applied to improve the accuracy of the comparator. Each sample is converted by using alternate comparators with two edge synchronous asynchronous clocks for high speed and low kickback noise. And the foreground calibration and background calibration based on the comparator offset of this structure are proposed.
